- Attendance and Conduct:
2.1 Participants are expected to attend the event punctually and adhere to the schedule provided.
2.2 The event organizers reserve the right to remove any participant from the event for disruptive or inappropriate behavior.
- Event Materials:
3.1 All materials provided during the event, including presentations, documents, and any other content, are for personal use only.
3.2 Participants agree not to reproduce, distribute, or share event materials without explicit consent from the event organizers.
- Photography and Videography:
4.1 The event organizers may capture photographs and videos during the event for promotional purposes.
- Nomination Charges:
5.1 A nomination fee is applicable for individuals or entities submitting nominations for the awards.
5.2 Nomination charges contribute to the administrative and evaluation process of the awards.
- Cancellation and Refund Policy:
6.1 In the event of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, such as but not limited to COVID-19 or any other force majeure events in India, a 40% refund of the registration fee will be issued.
6.2 Trophy and certificate for awardees unable to attend the event due to cancellation will be dispatched to the provided address.
6.3 All other associated benefits, including promotional features and recognition, will still be provided to the awardees.
- Awardee Attendance:
7.1 If an awardee is unable to attend the event, no refund will be issued for the registration fee.
7.2 All benefits associated with the award, including but not limited to promotional features, trophy, and certificate, will be delivered to the awardee’s profile or individual address as specified during the nomination process.
